Ingredients used in Wonton Clear Soup
• All purpose flour - half cup.
• Cornflour - 1 tablespoons.
• Salt - to taste.
• Butter - half teaspoons.
• Hot water - as required.
• Chicken (mince) - 1/4 cup.
• Mushroom (chopped) - 1 tablespoons.
• Carrots (finely chopped) - 1 tablespoons.
• Green bell pepper (finely chopped) - 1 tablespoons.
• Pepper powder - 1/2 teaspoons.
• Soya sauce - 1/4 teaspoons.
• Chicken stock - 1+1/2 cup.
• Spring onions (chopped) - 1 teaspoons.
• Chinese cabbage (chopped) - 1 teaspoons.
Method:
  • Take a bowl, add all purpose flour, cornflour, pinch of salt, butter and mix nicely by adding by hot water to make a soft dough.
  • Take a bowl, add chicken mince, chopped mushrooms, carrots, green bell, salt, pepper powder, soya sauce, mix nicely and keep aside.
  • knead the dough again and dust some flour, roll into thin sheet.
  • Cut the sheet into small roundels using round cutter.
  • Place the stuffing mixture in the center apply water to the corner and fold in semi circle shape.
  • Apply water to corner edges and fold it as shown in video.
  • In another shape place the stuffing mixture in the center apply water to the corner give a fold and bring together like as shown in video.
  • Heat pan, add chicken stock flavoured with chicken, bay leaf, onions, some vegetables and boil it.
  • To it add the prepared wontons and boil it.
  • In the serving bowl, add little spring onions, carrots, chinese cabbage, arrange wontons.
  • Pour the soup on its top.

Now wontons clear soup is ready to serve.
