VEGGIE MASALA 65 PARTY SNACK

Ingredients used in VEGGIE MASALA 65 PARTY SNACK
• Cauliflower florets - 1 cup.
• Plantain - 1 cup.
• Cornstarch - 1 cup.
• All purpose flour - 1/2 cup.
• Ginger garlic paste - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Garlic (chopped) - 1 tea spoon.
• Cumin powder - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Coriander leaves (chopped) - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Curry leaves - 2 springs.
• Turmeric - 1-2 pinch.
• Pepper powder - 1/4 tea spoon.
• Vinegar - 1 tea spoon.
• Chilli powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Lime juice - 1 tea spoon.
• Oil - as required.
• Salt - to taste.
Method:
  • In a bowladd ginger garlic paste, chopped garlic, cumin powder, finely chopped coriander, chopped curry leaves, turmeric powder, pepper powder, vinegar, chili powder, lime juice, cornstarch, all purpose flour, 1 tablespoon of oil, required water make into a thick batter.
  • Coat the masala mixture to cauliflower pieces and fry them in the hot oil, till they are crispy.
  • Then coat the remaining masala mixture to plantain pieces and fry them in the hot oil till they are crispy.
  • Garnish with fried green chili and curry leaves.
