Ingredients used in Tuscan Navy Bean Soup
• Navy beans with liquid (cooked) - 50 grams.
• Onion (chopped) - 1 number.
• Garlic (minced) - 3 numbers.
• Vegetable broth - 3 cups.
• Canned tomato - 500 grams.
• Dried basil - 1 tea spoon.
• Dried oregano - half tea spoon.
• Pepper powder - to taste.
• Uncooked pasta - half cup.
• Salt - to taste.
• Olive oil - 2 teaspoons.
Method:
  • Heat olive oil in a large soup pot over medium heat. Add onion and saute about 1 minute.
  • Add garlic, broth, tomatoes, and spices. Bring to a boil.
  • After boiling, add pasta. Reduce heat to low and cover. Simmer about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Add beans andcook for few minute.

Serve hot.
