Ingredients used in TURKISH CHEESE BREAD
• All purpose flour - 1 cup.
• Salt - to taste.
• Oil - 2 tablespoons.
• Cheese(grated) - 2 tablespoons.
• Spinach - 1 bunch.
Method:
Take a bowl and add all purpose flour, pinch of salt, little water and make nice soft dough. Knead again with little oil and allow to rest for 5 minutes. Dust some flour and roll dough into nice big thin chapathi. Sprinkle oil and fold it like as shown in video. Add grated cheese and chopped spinach and fold and press with hand like as shown in video. Heat oil and place it on tawa and cook it on both sides, cut into pieces *Now turkish cheese bread is ready to serve.*
