TOFU METHI CHAMAN

Ingredients used in TOFU METHI CHAMAN
• Oil - 1 tablespoon.
• Garlic - (5-6) cloves.
• Green chilies - 4 numbers.
• Onions(chopped) - 1 number.
• Coriander leaves - 1/2 bunch.
• Mint leaves (chopped) - 1/2 bunch.
• Spinach (chopped) - (1-2) bunch.
• Fenugreek leaves (chopped) - 1/2 bunch.
• Butter - 1 tea spoon.
• Garlic(finely chopped) - 1 tea spoon.
• Chickpea flour - 1 tea spoon.
• Cumin powder - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Coriander powder - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Garam masala - 1/4 tea spoon.
• Tofu(grated) - 1/3 cup.
• Fresh cream - 2 tablespoons.
• Salt - to taste.
• Garlic - 5 number.
Method:
  • Heat oil in a pan, add garlic cloves, green chillies, chopped onions, coriander leaves, mint leaves, spinach, fenugreek leaves, salt and saute it, later transfer to a blender to make a smooth paste.
  • Heat butter in the same pan and add chopped garlic, chickpea flour and saute it for half a minute.
  • To it add cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala, green paste, little water and mix it to cook till desired consistency.
  • Add tofu and mix it, then add fresh cream and mix nicely, later switch off the flame.

Now tofu methi chaman is ready to serve.
