THIPADAM BABY FOOD

Ingredients used in THIPADAM BABY FOOD
• Milk - 500 ml.
• Flattened rice - 1 cups.
• Jaggery - 1 pinch.
• Salt - 1 pinch.
Method:
  • Boil milk in a pan.
  • Take a mixie jar and add flattened rice and blend into smooth powder.
  • Transfer smooth powder to boiling milk and boil it.
  • To it add salt, switch off flame and add jaggery.

Now thipadam baby food is ready to serve.

Baby below a year should not eat cow milk as it very high in protein and their stomach cannot digest it.?
