Ingredients used in Tea Time Fruit Cake
• All-purpose flour - 100 grams.
• Sugar (powdered) - 100 grams.
• Butter - 100 grams.
• Eggs - 2 number.
• Vanilla essence - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Baking powder - pinch.
• Tuitty fruitty/ dry fruits - 100 grams.
• Caraway seeds - 1/4 tea spoon.
• Ginger powder - 1 pinch.
• Cinnamon powder - 1 pinch.
Method:
Preheat the Philips Airfryer at 180 degree centigrade for 3 minutes. Lightly grease a round cake tin and line it with a double layer of baking parchment. In a mixing bowl, add in the butter and cream the butter with a hand blender. Once the butter gets soft, add little by little powdered sugar and blend together until its light and fluffy. Add little vanilla essence and egg mixture and whisk together. In another bowl, add flour, tuitty fruity, caraway seeds, ginger powder, cinnamon powder, baking powder and mix well. Shift the flour mixture in the butter mixture and slowly fold together well. Spoon the mixture into the greased cake tin. Place the cake tin in the Philips Airfryer and bake for about 15 minutes at 180 degree centigrade. After 15 minutes, remove the tray, insert a skewer in the cake and if it comes out clean take it out and cool. Remove the lining sheet and sprinkle some powdered sugar over before cutting.
