TAHINI ROLLS

Ingredients used in TAHINI ROLLS
• All purpose flour - 1 cup.
• Salt - 1 pinch.
• Butter - 1/4 cup.
• Water - as required.
• Corn flour - 1 tablespoon.
• Tahini paste - 1/4 cup.
• Caster sugar - 1 tea spoon.
Method:
  • Take a bowl, add all purpose flour, pinch of salt, 2 teaspoon butter and mix nicely.
  • Add water and mix nicely to make a soft dough and rest it for 30 minutes.
  • In a bowl mix corn flour, all purpose flour in equal quantities for dusting.
  • Dust some flour and divide the dough into small portion.
  • Roll dough into 4 thin sheets.
  • Apply butter on one sheet and place another sheet and apply butter and repeat it for another 2 more sheet.
  • Once 4 layer are piled up on top spread tahini paste and sprinkle caster sugar.
  • Cut edges and roll it, cut into big pieces and place it in a baking tray.
  • Bake it at 200 degree for 15 to 20 minutes.
  • Now at last sprinkle little caster sugar.

Serve it.
