sooji is Semolina flour...you can find it in indian/paki/middle eastern markets. Also, I find it easier to use Cream of Wheat, it's the same thing and can be found in any supermarket.

wow..really easy to make and yummm...thanks Chef and can you plz show us how to make pooran puri (deep fried "D" shaped pooris) & the hyderabadi dish "luqmi" (deep fried,square shaped,filled with mince meat) I hope you got it

no ladle butterfly today :( This look really delicious. I like the savory ones. I always go over to my Indian friend's apartment when we're at college, and raid her fridge for mango pickles and eat it with the flatbreads : )
