Ingredients used in Sweet Salad Dressing
• Corn starch - 1 tablespoon.
• Granulated sugar - half cup.
• Salt - 1 tea spoon.
• Vinegar - 2 tablespoons.
• Egg - 2 numbers.
• Thin cream or half cream milk - 1 cup.
Method:
  • Mix dry ingredients. Beat egg in sauce pan. Add cream, then vinegar.
  • Add dry ingredients and cook over low heat until thickened. Cool.
  • Add cream or milk until of the right consistency.
