Ingredients used in Sweet Potato Kebabs
• Sweet potato - 250 grams.
• Roasted chana daal powder - 100 grams.
• Cashew nuts - 20 grams.
• Green chili - 4 numbers.
• White pepper powder - 1/4 tea spoon.
• Cardamom powder - 1/4 tea spoon.
• Mint leaves - half bunch.
• Ginger powder - 1/4 tea spoon.
• Oil - 3 tablespoons.
• Butter - 1 tablespoon.
• Salt - to taste.
Method:
Heat butter in a pan, add cashew nuts and saute them. When cashew nuts get slightly colored, add roasted chana dal powder and cook it. Then add salt, green chili, mint, cardamom powder, white pepper powder and ginger powder. Mix it properly and switch off the flame. Now add boiled sweet potato, mash it and mix it like a dough. Divide the dough into equal portions, put them on the skewers. Pour the oil on the griddle (tawa). Once oil get heat put the sweet potato kababs on it and shallow fry them from the both sides on the medium flame. Once it get golden brown switch off the flame. Serve thisSweet Potato Kebabs with green chutney.

The basic American sweet potato is a classic orange, but I live in the USA too and I can tell you for a fact that white sweet potatoes are sold in the International, India, Korean, Asian and African Grocery stores...Regular American grocery stores on

+4Methylendioxy You need to buy those sweet potatoes with purple skin on the outside not the gold orange sweet potatoes. The purple skinned sweet potatoes are white inside when peeled.?
