Sweet Potato Kebabs

Ingredients used in Sweet Potato Kebabs
• Sweet potato - 250 grams.
• Roasted chana daal powder - 100 grams.
• Cashew nuts - 20 grams.
• Green chili - 4 numbers.
• White pepper powder - 1/4 tea spoon.
• Cardamom powder - 1/4 tea spoon.
• Mint leaves - half bunch.
• Ginger powder - 1/4 tea spoon.
• Oil - 3 tablespoons.
• Butter - 1 tablespoon.
• Salt - to taste.
Method:
  • Heat butter in a pan, add cashew nuts and saute them.
  • When cashew nuts get slightly colored, add roasted chana dal powder and cook it.
  • Then add salt, green chili, mint, cardamom powder, white pepper powder and ginger powder. Mix it properly and switch off the flame.
  • Now add boiled sweet potato, mash it and mix it like a dough. Divide the dough into equal portions, put them on the skewers.
  • Pour the oil on the griddle (tawa). Once oil get heat put the sweet potato kababs on it and shallow fry them from the both sides on the medium flame.
  • Once it get golden brown switch off the flame.

Serve thisSweet Potato Kebabs with green chutney.

+4Methylendioxy You need to buy those sweet potatoes with purple skin on the outside not the gold orange sweet potatoes. The purple skinned sweet potatoes are white inside when peeled.?
