Sweet Milk Dumplings - Milk Boorelu

Ingredients used in Sweet Milk Dumplings - Milk Boorelu
• Milk - 500 ml.
• Ghee - as required.
• Cashew nuts (chopped) - 2 teaspoons.
• Semolina - 1 cup.
• Paneer (grated) - 1/2 cup.
• Khoya (grated) - 1/2 cup.
• Instant dosa batter - 1 cup.
• Sugar - 2 cups.
• Oil - as required.
Method:
  • Heat ghee in a pan, add chopped cashew nuts,semolina, fry it, add milk and cooktill milk gets absorbed by semolina.
  • Now add grated paneer, khoya and saute for about 2-3 minutes.
  • Then add sugar, cooktill it reaches to the desired consistency and transfer to a plate.
  • Take small dumplings ofprepared mixture, dip it in instant or fermented dosa batter and deep fry in hot oil.

Delicious Sweet Milk Dumplings are now ready to serve
