Ingredients used in Stuffed Tindora Masala
• Cumin seeds - 1/4 tea spoon.
• Mustard seeds - 1/4 tea spoon.
• Salt - to taste.
• Tamarind - 10 grams.
• Coconut powder - 2 tablespoons.
• Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon.
• Rice - 1 tea spoon.
• Urad daal - 1 tablespoon.
• Chana daal - 1 tablespoon.
• Coriander seeds - 1 tea spoon.
• Red chilly - 4 numbers.
• Oil - 2 tablespoons.
• Tindora - 500 grams.
• Turmeric powder - 1 pinch.
• Onion chopped - 1 number.
• Green chilly chopped - 3 numbers.
• Curry leaves - 1 spring.
• Coriander leaves(chopped) - 1 tablespoon.
Method:
  • First wash the tindora neatly and cut them into quarters.
  • Heat a pan add red chilly, coriander seeds, chana dal, urad daal, rice, dry roast them, add sesame seeds, coconut powder, tamarind pieces, saute it and switch off the flame, let it cool down.
  • Blend them in a blender using water make a coarse paste add salt mix it, then stuff the masala into the tindora.
  • Take a pan which is flat and big.
  • Heat oil in a pan add mustard seeds, when mustard seeds splutter, add cumin seeds, turmeric powder.
  • Add stuffed tindora and rotate the pan and put the lid on let it cook for 15 minutes, then add chopped onions, chopped green chilly, salt, curry leaves.
  • Put the lid on cook it for 10 minutes.

Serve it.

No doubt it is easy to make But if u want to prepare more qunatity as per ur direction one has to use a big flat pan to see all tindoras are in contact with the base. Most  of ur  demos are done with a very small quantity. It is fooling of people. Is
