Ingredients used in Stuffed Tindora
• Tindora - 250 grams.
• Onion - 1 numbers.
• Roasted chana dal powder(daliya powder) - 1 tablespoons.
• Ginger garlic paste - 1 teaspoons.
• Red chilly powder - 1 teaspoons.
• Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoons.
• Cumin seeds powder - 1 teaspoons.
• Salt - 0 to taste.
• Oil - 1 tablespoons.
• Fenugreek seeds - 1/4 teaspoons.
• Green chillies - 4 numbers.
• Curry leaves - 1 springs.
• Sugar - 1/2 teaspoons.
• Tamarind juice - 1/4 cup.
Method:

1. First of all cut the tindora’s from all the four sides but leave the backend part and keep them aside. 2. Now for the stuffing take onions, roasted chana dal powder(daliya powder), ginger garlic paste, red chilly powder, turmeric, cumin seeds powder in a mixie jar and blend it into a coarse paste with salt in it. 3. Now stuff this stuffing mixture in tindora and keep them aside. 4. In a hot pan add oil and fenugreek seeds. Once they splutter add green chillies, curry leaves and stuffed tindora. 5. Just close it with a lid and cook it on slow flame. But keep mixing slowly in between also. 6. When the tindora is half cooked add remaining mixture and let it cook with lid on it for one more minute. 7. Then add sugar, tamarind juice, and mix it well. 8. Now again let it cook for 3-4 minutes with lid on it. 9. Once the gravy thickens just switch off the flame and serve with roti or phulka.

Mr Sanjay Thumma this stuffed tindora ia almost like the karnataka preparation of stuffed brinjal. There they use gIt is on the same linesround nut primarily with til. This is with putani. This is on the same lines!!!!!?
