Street Food Biryani Fried Rice Method

Ingredients used in Street Food Biryani Fried Rice Method
• Eggs - 6 number.
• Salt - to taste.
• Yogurt - 2 tablespoons.
• Garam masala powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Coriander powder - 1 tablespoon.
• Mint leaves (chopped) - 1/2 bunch.
• Green chilies (slited) - 3 numbers.
• Ginger garlic paste - 1 tea spoon.
• Onions (sliced) - 3 numbers.
• Lime juice - 1 tea spoon.
• Rice (boil) - 1 cup.
• Oil - as required.
• Coriander leaves(chopped) - 1 bunch.
Method:
  • First boil the rice and keep it aside.
  • Heat oil in a pan, add onion slices and salt and cook this till slightly golden in colour.
  • Then add ginger garlic paste, green chilies, chopped mint leaves, coriander powder, garam masala powder.
  • To it, even add yogurt, mix it well.
  • In the same pan, add salt, boiled eggs, lime juice and boiled rice, chopped coriander leaves, toss it and steam cook with closed lid for about 2 minutes, then switch off the flame.
