STIR FRIED SHRIMP

Ingredients used in STIR FRIED SHRIMP
• Ginger paste - 1 tablespoon.
• Sugar - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Salt - to taste.
• Soya sauce - 2 teaspoons.
• Orange juice - 1/2 cup.
• Corn starch - 1 tea spoon.
• Butter - 1 tea spoon.
• Oil - 2 tablespoons.
• Shrimp - 250 grams.
• Garlic(chopped) - 1 tea spoon.
• Broccoli - 1 cup.
• Red bell pepper - 1/2 number.
• Yellow bell pepper - 1/2 number.
• Green bell pepper - 1/2 number.
• Shrimp - 1 cup.
• Coriander leaves(chopped) - 1 tea spoon.
• White pepper powder - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Green chillies - 3 numbers.
Method:
  • Take a bowl and add ginger paste, sugar, salt, soya sauce, orange juice, little water, corn starch, white pepper powder and mix it.
  • Heat butter with oil in a pan and add shrimp and saute it, later transfer into a plate.
  • In the same oil add garlic, broccoli, green chilies, red bell pepper, yellow bell pepper, green bell pepper and saute it.
  • Add slurry, fried shrimp and mix it once, add coriander leaves.

Now stir fried shrimp is ready to serve.
