Ingredients used in Steamed Chicken Fry With Almonds
• Chicken - 1 cup.
• Red chilli powder - 1 tablespoon.
• Coriander powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Cumin powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Ginger garlic paste - 1 tea spoon.
• Turmeric powder - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Salt - to taste.
• All-purpose flour (maida) - 1 tablespoon.
• Water - as required.
• Almonds powder - 20 number.
• Egg - 1 number.
• Oil - as required.
Method:
Take chicken pieces in a bowl, add red chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, salt, give it a mix, also add some all-purpose flour, mixwell and steam cook as shown in the video. Now coat the cooked chicken pieceswith egg and almond powder. Deep fry in hot oil and transfer to a plate. Hot and delicious Steamed Chicken Fry With Almonds is now ready to serve.
