Ingredients used in Staff Chicken Curry
• Mint (chopped) - 1/4 cup.
• Coriander powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Cumin powder - ½ tea spoon.
• Garam masala - 1 tea spoon.
• Chicken stock - 1-1/2 cup.
• Bell pepper - 1 number.
• Potatoes - 2 numbers.
• Ginger garlic paste - 1 tea spoon.
• Green chilly - 4 numbers.
• Curry leaves - 1 spring.
• Turmeric powder - 1/4 tea spoon.
• Tomatoes - 2 numbers.
• Salt - to taste.
• Onion (chopped) - 1 number.
• Chicken - 500 grams.
• Coriander leaves (chopped) - 1 tablespoon.
• Oil - 2 tablespoons.
• Chili powder - 1 tablespoon.
Method:
  • Heat oil in a pan add chopped onions, salt, turmeric, curry leaves, chicken, green chilly, ginger garlic paste, mix it well.
  • Add potatoes, garam masala powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, chilly powder, chicken stock, chopped mint, bell pepper, tomatoes, cook this till chicken is tender.
  • Add chopped coriander and switch off the flame.

Serve hot with rice.
