SPUN SUGAR  DECORATION SUGAR

Ingredients used in SPUN SUGAR DECORATION SUGAR
• Sugar - 125 grams.
• Water - 15 ml.
Method:
  • Place the sugar and water in a pan and boil till you get an amber color with the sugar that is when the sugar starts to caramelize and stop the cooking and rest it for some time till you can form thin threads of sugar.
  • Start to swing the caramel or we call it as spinning the sugar, using the fork left and right, you can see thin strings of sugar forming and it forms into sugar candy continue this process till you get enough of the candy

please be careful with hot sugar as it is reeeeeeeeealllllyyyyy hot and excruciatingly painful if spilt on skin

For making flavored suger sponge use sugar stiff candies (eg parle orange or mango bite) just dhinchak dhinchak it & caramel it like you do with sugar :)
