SPICY CASHEW CHICKEN STIR FRY

Ingredients used in SPICY CASHEW CHICKEN STIR FRY
• Ginger garlic (chopped) - 1 tablespoon.
• Cashew nuts - 100 grams.
• Crushed pepper - 1 tablespoon.
• Salt - to taste.
• Corn flour - 2 tablespoons.
• Beaten egg - 1/2 number.
• Red chilly paste - 1-1/2 tablespoon.
• Chilly sauce - 1 tea spoon.
• Soya sauce - 1 tablespoon.
• Vinegar - 1 tablespoon.
• Tomato ketchup - 2 tablespoons.
• Chicken - 500 grams.
• Green chilly - 8 numbers.
• Bell pepper (green and red) - 2 numbers.
• Spring onions(chopped) - 1/4 tea spoon.
• Onion - 1 number.
• Oil - to fry.
Method:
  • In a bowl add vinegar, tomato ketchup, soya sauce, chilly sauce, chilly paste and mix it up and keep it aside.
  • Take another bowl add beaten egg, corn flour, salt, soya sauce, chicken and add crushed pepper, mix it well.
  • Now deep fry the chicken till golden color.
  • Heat oil in a pan add cashew nuts fry them till golden colorand add ginger garlic chopped, slices of green chilly, and add already made slurry, come to a boil add bell pepper, saute them.
  • Add onions and fried chicken toss them and add spring onionsand switch off the flame.
