Spiced Turkey with Mint Leaves

Ingredients used in Spiced Turkey with Mint Leaves
• Sugar - 1 teaspoons.
• Onion - 1 .
• Black pepper and red pepper - to taste.
• 2tsp sweet n sour sauce - 2 teaspoons.
• 2 tblsp soy sauce - 2 tablespoons.
• 1 mint leaves - 1 bag.
• Deboned leftover thanksgiving turkey or buy ground turkey - 2 lbs.
• Bell pepper - 1 .
• Chicken stock - 1 can.
• Salt - to taste.
• Garlic paste - 1 teaspoons.
Method:
Stir fry onion and bell peppers till carmelized and soft add some black pepper and red chillies or pepper and stir. add 1/2 can broth and continue cooking on medium stir 2 min add the soy sauce and sweet and sour, sugar, salt and garlic. Now add the turkey and stir for one minute or so then add rest of the chicken stock and cover cook on med low for 5 min and turn it off. Top with mint leaves and enjoy!
