Ingredients used in spaghetti bolognese
• Garlic infused olive oil (cud alo use good olive oil) - to fry.
• Tomatoes - 1 can.
• Italian herbs - 3 teaspoons.
• Bbq sauce-- table spoon - 2 teaspoons.
• Fruit chutney (in uk we get 250gms bottle ) - 1/2 bottle.
• Becon thinly chopped - 50 grams.
• Onion - 1 numbers.
• Beef - 250 grams.
• Worcester sauce - 1 teaspoons.
• Oxo beef stock - 1 numbers.
• Salt - to taste.
• Spaghetti - 1/2 bag.
Method:

fry onions in olive oil (Garlic infused olive oil) , when its slightly brown, add beef , fry till the beef turns colour or cook fully if you serve them to kids and also add bacon. Then put in Tomatoes, Italian herbs , 1/2 can of fruit chutney ,Worcester Sauce, BBQ Sauce , beef stock (to give extra bit of beef flavour).. cook them . Cook spaghetti as per instruction . Serve spaghetti with bolognese Sauce. optional .. you can also add Carrots and Mushrooms . for extra crunchiness..
