SOYA MILK FENNEL SEEDS TEA

Ingredients used in SOYA MILK FENNEL SEEDS TEA
• Water - 1/2 cup.
• Tea powder - 1/2 tablespoon.
• Sugar - 1 tablespoon.
• Soya milk - 1/2 cup.
• Fennel seeds - 1/4 tea spoon.
Method:
  • Boil water in a tea container and add tea powder, sugar, soya milk and boil again.
  • Crush fennel seeds with pestle and add to the boiling tea.
  • Strain it into a cup.

Now the soya milk fennel seeds tea is ready to serve.

Fennel tea like any tea is best drank straight. I like black that way too, although fennel is good as a late night bedtime midnight tea?
