Ingredients used in Soya bean Pakoda
• Ginger - .
• Green chillies - .
• Thinly chopped onions - 1 cup.
• Mint leaves - 1 bunch.
• Curry leaves - 1 bunch.
• Corriander leaves - 1 bunch.
• Rice flour - 5 tablespoons.
• Soya beans - 100-150 grams.
• Baking soda - 1 pinch.
• Garam masala powder - 1 tablespoons.
• Salt - to taste.
• Oil - to fry.
• Chilli powder - 1 tablespoons.
Method:
1. Soak Soya beans for 4 hrs and grind it. This should not be like a fine paste. 2. Add rice flour, garam masala powder, salt, chilli powder, 1 sp of greenchilli-ginger paste, onions, baking soda, mint leaves, corriander leaves, curry leaves to the soya paste. Add some water if required to mix. 3. Make small round balls and deep fry in oil.
