Ingredients used in SORAKAYA HALWA
• Bottle gourd - 1000 grams.
• Sugar - 1000 grams.
• Khowa - 250 grams.
• Ghee - 150 grams.
• Cashew nuts - 20 numbers.
• Cardamom powder - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Raisins - 10 numbers.
• Charoli - 10 numbers.
Method:

1. Peel the bottle gourd and grated it and keep it aside. 2. Take the pan and add grated bottle gourd, milk then cook it 3. When the mixture thickens switch off the flame. 4. Heat ghee in a pan and add cooked mixture, sugar, cardamom powder and stir it. 5. Heat little ghee in a pan and add cashew nuts, raisins, charoli and saute it, add it to the above sweet mixture. 6. Now yummy bottle gourd halwa is ready. You can serve this hot or cool.
