Ingredients used in Simple Carrot Muffins
• Vanilla essence - half tea spoon.
• Carrot - 55 grams.
• Baking powder - pinch.
• Salt - pinch.
• Eggs - 3 number.
• All purpose flour - 100 grams.
• Sugar powder - 100 grams.
• Butter - 100 grams.
Method:
  • Take a bowl add butter, powder sugar, cream it.
  • Add eggs (beat the eggs and add little by little) mix it well.
  • Take another bowl, add all purpose flour, salt, baking powder, carrot, vanilla essence, mix it well.
  • Add it to the butter mixture and mix it well and pour the mixture into the muffin modules.
  • Bake them at 180 degree centigrade for 20 to 30 minutes.
