SESAME SEEDS MANGO PICKLE

Ingredients used in SESAME SEEDS MANGO PICKLE
• Oil - 1/2 cup.
• Mustard seeds - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Cumin seeds - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Ginger garlic paste - 1 tea spoon.
• Garlic - 6-8 cloves.
• Turmeric powder - 1/4 tea spoon.
• Mustard powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Sesame seeds powder/nuvulu - 3 teaspoons.
• Raw mango - 2 numbers.
• Fenugreek powder - 1 pinch.
• Cumin powder - 1 pinch.
• Salt - to taste.
Method:
  • Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds, cumin seeds and saute it.
  • Once it splutters, switch off the flame and allow it to rest until it slightly cools down.
  • To it, add ginger garlic paste and mix it, later add garlic, turmeric powder, mustard seeds powder, sesame seeds powder, fenugreek powder, cumin powder, salt, mango pieces and mix it.
  • Transfer to a glass jar and rest it for 3 days.

Now sesame seeds mango pickle is ready to serve.
