Sesame seeds Chutney  Til Ki Chutney

Ingredients used in Sesame seeds Chutney Til Ki Chutney
• Urad daal - 1 tea spoon.
• Mustard seeds - 1/4 tea spoon.
• Salt - to taste.
• Tamarind juice - 1/4 cup.
• Cumin seeds - 1 tea spoon.
• Coconut pieces - 100 grams.
• Red chilly seeds - 1 tea spoon.
• Sesame seeds - ½ cup.
• Garlic - 4 cloves.
• Oil - 2 tablespoons.
• Asafoetida - 1 pinch.
• Curry leaves - 2 springs.
• Sugar - 1 pinch.
Method:
  • Heat oil in a pan add garlic, sesame seeds, chili flakes, coconut pieces, cumin seeds, cook it on a slow flame for 3 minutes,
  • Add tamarind juice, salt, switch off the flame let it cool down and put it into the blender and make a paste.
  • For tempering heat oil in a pan add mustard seeds, when mustard seeds is splatter, cumin seeds, Urad daal, hing, curry leaves, switch off the flame, and pour the sesame seeds paste into the bowl
  • Add a pinch of sugar mix it and before serving add tempering.
