Ingredients used in SESAME CRUSTED COTTAGE CHEESE
• Ginger(chopped) - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Garlic - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Celery(chopped) - 1/4 cup.
• Green bell pepper(chopped) - 1/4 cup.
• Oil - 3 tablespoons.
• Green chillies - 1 number.
• Coriander leaves - 1/4 bunch.
• Salt - to taste.
• Soya sauce - 1 tea spoon.
• Oyster sauce - 1/2 tablespoon.
• Spring onions - 1/2 cup.
• Cottage cheese - 3 pieces.
• Toasted sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon.
Method:
Heat 1 tablespoon oil and add ginger, garlic, celery, green bell pepper and saute it. Add green chillies, coriander leaves, salt, 2 drops soya sauce and saute it later transfer it into mixie jar. To it add spring onions and blend to smooth paste. Heat 1 tablespoon oil,add smooth paste, little water and cook it. Coat cheese pieces with oyster sauce, soya sauce Heat 1 tablespoon oil in dosa pan and place the cheese and cook it. Crust cottage cheese on all sides with sesame seeds. Now the sesame crusted cottage cheese is ready to serve with prepared green sauce.
