Scottish Shortbread Cookies

Ingredients used in Scottish Shortbread Cookies
• Milk powder - 10 grams.
• All purpose flour (maida) - 240 grams.
• Vanilla essence - 2 tea spoon.
• Sugar powder - 85 grams.
• Butter - 170 grams.
• Baking powder - pinch.
Method:
  • Take a bowl, add butter, sugar powder and cream it, then add vanilla essence, mix well.
  • All purpose flour, milk powder, baking powder to the above bowl, cream it well like a soft dough.
  • Using the rolling pin roll the dough like a thin sheet and cut them into equal rectangular shape.
  • Then put the holes on top of each pieces with the help of fork and transfer into baking tray and baking them at 180 degree centigrade for 15 minutes.
