Ingredients used in samosa chat
• Ginger garlic paste - 1 tablespoons.
• Salt - to taste.
• Chili powder - 1 tablespoons.
• Mint leaves - 1/4 bunch.
• Green chillies - 3 numbers.
• Tamarind - 1 - 2 springs.
• Aloo - 3 numbers.
• Chickpeas - 4 cup.
• Coriander leaves - 1 cup.
• Onion (chopped) - 1 numbers.
• Chat masala - 1 tablespoons.
• Tomatoes (chopped) - 3 numbers.
Method:
  • Pressure cook the potatoes and chickpeas.
  • Blend tamarind, green chilies, mint together and make a fine paste.
  • In a hot pan, add oil to it then add the blended paste.
  • Now add onions saute it till golden brown. After that add ginger garlic paste when it leaves raw flavor.
  • Then add tomatoes when it cooks, add boiled potatoes and boiled chickpeas to it.
  • Later, add chili powder and chat masala, salt and cook for 10 minutes.
  • At last, garnish with coriander leaves and serve it hot.

put pan in stove little flame. take two spoons of oil in pan ofter heat onechopped onion and carrot tomoto . after fry in that pwoder of samosa in that boiled batani and chilli powder and salt and chat masala and sweet soup we have to add ofter
