SAJJA PINDI MALIDA LADDU

Ingredients used in SAJJA PINDI MALIDA LADDU
• Bajra flour - 1 cup.
• Salt - 1 pinch.
• Jaggery - 1 cup.
• Almonds(sliced) - 5 numbers.
• Cashew nuts(sliced) - 5 numbers.
• Cardamom powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Coconut powder - 1/4 cup.
• Ghee - 1 tablespoon.
Method:
  • In a bowl add bajra flour, salt, and add hot water and mix to make a dough.
  • Then make it like roti by pressing with the hand or rolling pin.
  • Roast them on a heat tava, by spreading the water on it.
  • In a blender put roti pieces, jaggery and make it like a coarse powder.
  • To that add almonds, cashew nuts, cardamom powder, coconut powder, ghee, mix it well and make it into small laddus and serve.
