Rosemary Cauliflower Cheese Parathas for Breakfast

Ingredients used in Rosemary Cauliflower Cheese Parathas for Breakfast
• Wheat flour - 1 cup.
• Salt - to taste.
• Oil - as required.
• Milk - 1 cup.
• Butter - 1 tablespoon.
• Cauliflower (chopped) - 1 numbers.
• Rosemary (chopped) - 3 number.
• Pepper powder (crushed) - 1 tea spoon.
• Cheese - 2 tablespoons.
Method:
  • Take a bowl, add wheat flour, salt, oil, milk and mix to a soft dough rest it for 10 minutes.
  • Then take a pan and add butter, grated cauliflower, chopped rose mary, crushed pepper powder, salt, give it a good mix and cook for 2 to 3 minutes and transfer to a plate.
  • Add grated cheese to the same plate, mix well, shape them into round balls and keep aside.
  • Take dough roundels, place the stuffing and roll them into parathas.
  • Fry the parathas on either of the sides using butter.

Serve hot Rosemary Cauliflower Cheese Parathas with yogurt or pickles of your choice.
