@djmisplacedmarblesTV The ingredient u mentioned is Asafoetida (in hindi its called 'hing'). Hope this helps.

propper job. ...though, I've a lilttle problem; I'm basically hungry for eastern food all the day time after watching one of your videos. .. which is not a bad thing....but man , keeping up with your skills is tough. I am trying though. BTW
