Ingredients used in RAGI BEETROOT DOSA
• Ragi flour - 1 cup.
• Rice flour - 1 cup.
• Idly rava - 1 cup.
• Oil - 2 tablespoons.
• Salt - to taste.
• Beetroot (grated) - 1 cup.
• Green chilly(pieces) - 2 tablespoons.
• Red chilly powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Cumin powder - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Fenugreek powder - 1/4 tea spoon.
Method:

1. Soak the idly rava overnight. 2. Take a bowl and add ragi pindi, rice flour, idly rava, beetroot, green chilly, red chilly powder, cumin powder, fenugreek powder, salt, water mix it thoroughly like dosa batter and keep it aside for 30 mins. 3. Heat the tawa and place a ladle full batter and cook on both side by placing the lid on it. 4. Now hot dosa is ready to serve with any chutney.
