Ingredients used in RADISH CHUTNEY 1
• Radish - 1 number.
• Garlic - 4-5 clove.
• Green chillies - 2-3 numbers.
• Tamarind - 20 grams.
• Cumin seeds - half tea spoon.
• Turmeric - half tea spoon.
• Salt - to taste.
• Mustard seeds - half tea spoon.
• Cumin seeds - half tea spoon.
• Chana dal - 1 tea spoon.
• Urad dal - 1 tea spoon.
• Red chilli - 2-3 numbers.
• Curry leaves - 1 springs.
• Oil - as required.
Method:
  • Take oil in a hot pan and add radish pieces.
  • Now add garlic, green chilies, tamarind, cumin seeds, turmeric and salt.
  • Saute it for few minutes and cook it on slow flame by covering with a lid.
  • After 5 minutes switch off the flame and transfer it in a blender to make a coarse paste.
  • For tempering add oil in a pan and add some mustard seeds, cumin seeds, chana dal, urad dal, red chili and curry leaves.
  • When the colour changes put this on the chutney.
  • Mix well and serve with rice, roti or even chapati.
