Ingredients used in PUMPKIN - CHILLY CURRY
• Turmeric powder - 1 teaspoons.
• Gingelly oil - 20 ml.
• Salt - to taste.
• Tamarid paste - 2 tablespoons.
• Asafoetida - 1 teaspoons.
• Pumpkin - 100 grams.
• Small onion - 50 grams.
• Garlic - 2 bunch.
• Ginger - 1 slice.
• Green chilly - 50 grams.
• Fenugreek (vanthayam) - 1/2 teaspoons.
• Mustard seeds - 2 teaspoons.
• Curry leaf - 2 bunch.
• Water - 2 cup.
Method:

1. Heat Oil in cooker to fry fenugreek, chilly (sliced in to two pieces) and ginger. Later add Water, tamarid paste, salt and Turmeric powder. Allow to cook for 5 mins. 2. Fry Chopped onion and sliced Garlic in kadai. Drop in cooker. Add pumpkin pieces to the mixture. Allow to Cook for 5 mins. 3. Open and Smash well with spoon. For flavour add fried Mustard seeds, Curry Leaf , Asafoetida in oil.
