Ingredients used in PUFFED RICE FRIED RICE
• Puffed rice - 2 cups.
• Oil - 1/4 cup.
• Sweet corn - 1/2 cup.
• Onion(finely chopped) - 1/2 cup.
• Green bell pepper - 1/2 cup.
• Carrot(finely chopped) - 1/2 cup.
• French beans(finely chopped) - 1/2 cup.
• Soya sauce - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Msg - 1 pinch.
• Vinegar - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Pepper powder - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Green peas - 2 tablespoons.
• Salt - to taste.
• Spring onion(finely chopped) - 1 tablespoon.
• Tomato ketchep - 1 tea spoon.
Method:
  • Drench puffed rice in water and strain water later keep aside.
  • Heat half cup oil in a wok and transfer into a bowl.
  • In the same wok heat 2 tablespoon oil and add chopped sweet corn, onion, green bell pepper and toss it.
  • To it add carrot, french beans, puffed rice, soya sauce, MSG, vinegar, pepper powder, green peas, little salt, spring onion and toss it.
  • Transfer into serving plate and garnish with spring onion.

Now puffed rice fried rice is ready to serve.
