Hi Vah Chef. I got your idea of cooling the tray. Instead of keep putting the dough in the fridge for ever 10 minutes. I think you could use the ice pack under neat the tray and to avoid moisture wrap the ice pack with a thin towel.I have question...

IS there any alternative way to make this? With oil or dalda? Can you please make a video for that.I was thinking of experimenting I thought of Rolling it thin and brushing margarine or oil and then folding it and rolling it again?
