Pork Chops in Chilli Sauce

Ingredients used in Pork Chops in Chilli Sauce
• Pork chops - 2 grams.
• Garlic - 8 clove.
• Chilli powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Vinegar - 1/4 can.
• Ginger - piece.
• Salt - to taste.
Method:
  • Grind together garlic, chili powder and ginger using vinegar.
  • Apply that mixture on porkchops. Set aside in refrigerator overnight.
  • Then season with salt and bake in the marinade in a moderately hot oven, for about 140-degree centigrade, turning a couple of times until chops are done .
