Ingredients used in POORI LADDU
• Wheat flour - 1 cup.
• Salt - 1 pinch.
• Water - 1/2 cup.
• Oil - to fry.
• Cardamom powder - 2 pinch.
• Jaggery - 1/2 cup.
• Ghee - 1 tea spoon.
Method:
  • Make a poori dough with wheat flour, pinch of salt, water and mix nicely to make a stiff dough.
  • Divide the dough into portions and roll into poori and deep fry in hot oil.
  • Using hands make small pieces of poori, transfer into mixie jar.
  • To it add cardamom powder, jaggery and blend into coarse mixture.Transfer into a plate and make round ladoo using ghee

Now instant poori laddu is ready to serve.
