Ingredients used in POORI CHOCOLATE
• All-purpose flour (maida) - 2 cup.
• Cinnamon powder - pinch.
• Ghee - 1 tea spoon.
• Sugar - 1 cup.
• Oil - as required.
• Salt - pinch.
• Water - as required.
Method:
  • Take a bowl, add all purpose flour, pinch of cinnamon powder, ghee, salt and by adding water make it into a dough and rest it for 10-15 mins.
  • For sugar syrup, take a pan add little water and sugar, make it like a gulab jamun syrup.
  • Divide the dough into equal portions, and roll it like a small poori and give the gashes on the middle of the poori. And fold it two sides and close the edges. Deep fry the chocolate poori till it gets light brown in color.
  • And dip them in a sugar syrup for a minute, then transfer to a plate.
  • Finally sprinkle some cinnamon and sugar powder on top of the dipped poories and serve.
