Ingredients used in Poha And Tomato Vadiyalu
• Tomato puree - 1 cup.
• Salt - to taste.
• Flattened rice - 1 cup.
• Cumin seeds - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Oil - to fry.
Method:
  • Take a bowl, add tomato puree, cumin seeds, salt and mix nicely.
  • Add flattened rice and mix it, soak it for 15 to 20 minutes.
  • Take a plate and place the flat round shape vadiyalu using a hand.
  • Place it in hot sunlight for 2 days until it is completely dried and store.
  • Heat oil in a pan and fry the vadiyalu.
