Ingredients used in Plantain Boats With Apple Walnut Egg & Cheese Salad
• Water - as required.
• Raw bananas(plantains) - 2 number.
• Green apple (pieces) - 1 number.
• Butter - 1 tablespoon.
• Garlic - 5 number.
• Spinach (chopped) - 1 bunch.
• Salt - to taste.
• Tomato (pieces) - 1 number.
• Eggs (boiled) - 1 number.
• Cheese - 1 tablespoon.
• Mayonnaise - 1 tablespoon.
• Oil - as required.
• Mix herbs - 1 tea spoon.
• Pepper powder - 1 tea spoon.
Method:
Boil water in a pan, add raw bananas(plantains),cook it and keep aside Take a pan, add cubes of butter, chopped garlic, chopped spinach, seasonwith salt, saute well, transfer to a bowl, add chopped green apples, tomato pieces, chopped boiled egg, cheese, mayonnaise, mixed herbs, pepper powder, mix well and keep aside. Now take the cooked raw banana, peel it, scoop it as shown in the video, fry in the hot oil, transfer to a plate. Stuff the fried raw banana boats with the prepared salad mixture. Delicious Plantain Boats With Apple Walnut Egg & Cheese Salad are now ready to serve.
