Ingredients used in Piece Parotta with vegetables
• Layered parotta from frozen aisle - 1 bag.
• Cabbage - 2 cup.
• Cauliflower - 1 cup.
• Garam masala - 1 teaspoons.
• Ginger garlic paste - 1 teaspoons.
• Tomato - 2 numbers.
• Onion - 1 numbers.
• Saunf - 1 teaspoons.
• Chilli powder - 1 teaspoons.
• Turmeric powder - .5 teaspoons.
• Coriander leaves - 1 cup.
• Hing - .25 teaspoons.
• Salt - to taste.
Method:
In a pan heat oil put saunf(big jeera), ginger garlic paste, hing, turmeric powder, chilli powder, cut onions and fry until onion changes color. Put cut tomatoes add salt and fry until tomatoes are soft. Add small cut cabbage, cauliflower, garam masala and fry until they are cooked. Depending on your taste you can cook the vegetables soft or semi soft. While frying them, spread layered parotta from freezer on a plate and heat for 1 minute in microwave. Flip them over and heat for another 1 minute. Make small pieces of the layered parotta. Put the parotta pieces t the pan and mix well with the cooked veggies. Cook for few minutes in medium flame. Top it with cut coriander leaves and serve hot with raita. You can do variations to this recipe by adding chilli powder instead of veggies for chilli parotta. Break eggs in pan and make egg parotta.
