Ingredients used in Peanuts Chutney
• Peanuts dry - 100 grams.
• Salt - to taste.
• Tamarind (lemon size) - 1 number.
• Oil - 1 teaspoons.
• Dry red chillies - 4 number.
• Fresh coriander leaves (chopped) - 1 bunch.
Method:
  • Dry roast the peanuts in a kadai until peanuts are crispy.
  • Remove peanuts put oil and rost chillies till crisp. Take care not to burn.
  • Let it cool down then grind together peanuts, chilies, tamarind, salt.
  • Once its gets to a coarse powder, add water and grind it to a smooth consistency paste.
  • Then add fresh chopped coriander leaves, grind for few more seconds.

Now chutney is ready to enjoy with chapatti, dosa, uppuma. It can be used as a dip for nibbles.

If u add 1or 2 small onion to that the taste will be too good
