Paya Almonds Soup Recipe, How To Make Paya Almonds Soup Recipe

Paya is a popular South Indian soup made of mutton. Also known as aatu kaal paya regionally, this stew is served with rice, chapati or parotta. Paya Soup is the lamb trotters' soup cooked with Indian spices in Indian style.

Ingredients used in PAYA ALMONDS SOUP
• Coriander powder - 1 tablespoons.
• Popy seeds - 1 tablespoons.
• Salt - to taste.
• Mutton bones - 2 cup.
• Cashewnuts - 5 numbers.
• Almonds - 10 numbers.
• Coconut - 1 cup.
• Cloves - 5 numbers.
• Cardamom - 5 numbers.
• Cinnamon stick - small.
• Caraway seeds - 1/2 teaspoons.
• Onion - 1 numbers.
• Ginger garlic paste - 1 teaspoons.
• Snof - 1 tablespoons.
• White pepper powder - 1 teaspoons.
• Green chillies - 5 numbers.
• Oil - as required.
• Water - as required.
Method:
  • Take a mixie jar and add coriander powder, poppy seeds, salt and grind it.
  • After that add cashew nuts, almonds, coconut pieces and grind in the same mix jar and make it into a fine paste.
  • Then cook the mutton bones in a pressure cooker.
  • Then take another pan and add oil, whole garam masala, chopped onions, chopped green chilies, ginger garlic paste, fennel powder, white pepper powder and mix it.
  • Add coconut paste and mix it nicely.
  • Put this mixture into a pressure cooker and cook it.

Take a bowl and serve hot.
