Ingredients used in PASTA IN WHITE SAUCE
• Pasta - 1 cup.
• Butter (cubes) - 4 number.
• All purpose flour - 2 teaspoons.
• Nutmeg (grated) - 1 pinch.
• Green bell pepper(chopped) - 1/4 cup.
• Yellow bell pepper(chopped) - 1/4 cup.
• Red bell pepper(chopped) - 1/4 cup.
• Oregano - 1/4 tea spoon.
• Rosemary - 1/4 tea spoon.
• Garlic (chopped) - 4 number.
• Red chili flakes - 1 tea spoon.
• Fresh cream - 2 tablespoons.
• Cheese(grated) - 1 tablespoon.
• Salt - to taste.
• Milk - 1 cup.
Method:
Heat water in a bowl, add pasta and cook it till al-dante. Strain and keep aside. Heat the pan, add butter, garlic, all purpose flour, mix thoroughly. Switch off the flame. Then add milk and mix it well till no lumps are formed. Switch on the flame To it, even add nutmeg, green bell pepper, yellow bell pepper, red bell pepper, oregano, rosemary, salt, pasta and mix it well. Add red chili flakes, fresh cream, cheese, mix thoroughly and check the seasoning. Now the tasty pasta in white sauce is ready to serve.
