Ingredients used in palli pachadi(peanut chutney)
• Redchillies - 6 numbers.
• Turmeric - 1/4 teaspoons.
• Salt - to taste.
• Hing - 1 pinch.
• Curry leaves - 15 numbers.
• Peanut oil - 5 tablespoons.
• Tamarind - 1 tablespoons.
• Peanuts(roasted) - 1 cup.
• Mint leaves - 1/2 bunch.
• Sugar - 1 pinch.
• Garlic - 2 clove.
• Mustardseeds - 1 teaspoons.
Method:
1.raoast the peanuts in oil and when it is done add red chillies ,tamarind,garlic closves,curry leaves, mint leaves and add hing. 2.let it rest for a while and blend it with adding little water to make a chutney consistensy. 3.now for the tempering for the chutney add oil and when it splutter add mustard seeds and add redchillies and turmeric and curry leaves. 4. add the tempering to the chutney and serve it with dosa or idli.
