At first heat oil in a pan and fry the whole garam masala,then add green chillies chopped,n let them fry for 3-4 mins .Now add finely chopped onions n let them fried until they r golden brown.At this point add finely chopped tomatoes or tomato puree,and let this cook until the tomatoes are mashed up.Now add kasoori methi powder to bring out nice flavours. Now add the chopped spinach n let it cook until it shrinks...at this point u can add some water if needed. While this getting cooked well,now take half a can of cooked chole n mash them into paste and add this paste to the pan n let this all cook for 5 mins now add rest of the half can chole to the curry n cook until u get a good chole currry consistency.Now adjust salt n chilli pwdr for u taste n stop cooking.garnish with green coriander serve it hot with chepathi or plain rice...

• Coriander pdr - 1 tablespoons.
• Green chilies finely chopped - 9 numbers.
• Chole masala - 1 teaspoons.
• Ginger garlic paste - 1 teaspoons.
• Garlic - 6 clove.
• Tomatoes - 2 numbers.
• Onions - 2 numbers.
• Chole - 1 can.
• Spinach - 1 bunch.
• Coriander for dressing - 4 springs.
• Whole garam masala optional - .
• Chilli powder - 1 teaspoons.
